Hernán Medford: “Mis jugadores no se pelean entre ellos, como pasa al otro lado”
Fiel a su estilo el timonel del Herediano mandó un filazo por el enfrentamiento que se dio entre David Guzmán y Javon East.
Al finalizar la primera parte del encuentro entre el Deportivo Saprissa y el Club Sport Herediano, que se disputó la noche del miércoles y que finalizó con un agónico empate de 1 –1, los jugadores David Guzmán y Javon East protagonizaron una acalorada discusión cuando se dirigían al camerino.
Luego de realizar un pase fallido, Guzmán le peló los ojos al jamaiquinio y le reclamó airadamente, pero el jugador caribeño no se dejó y también encaró al volante morado.
En ese momento la afición empezó a chiflar.
Ante el enfrentamiento entre los saprissistas el timonel del Herediano, Hernán Medford. realizó el siguiente comentario: “Mis jugadores no se pelean entre ellos como para al otro lado”.
¿Y qué opina el estratega del Saprissa Jeaustin Campos sobre la pelea?
“Son matices. Ustedes (prensa) no lo dimensionan como nosotros en el campo, hay mucha adrenalina, presión y ansiedad. Desde el televisor o gradería se puede decir algo, pero hay que estar ahí. Yo lo prefiero a que salga como si no pasara nada. Hay que sentirlo y vivirlo. Hay que verlo, yo feliz. Yo salí contento de que salieran discutiendo porque así no soy solo yo el que tiene que decirles algo. Ellos están ahí con esa revancha”, dijo.
