Agustín Lleida perdería un aliado en Alajuelense: Víctor Badilla se iría del equipo
El exjugador fue una pieza clave en la era del español.
El exfutbolista Víctor Badilla Guadamuz, quien fue uno de los hombres de confianza del exgerente deportivo de Liga Deportiva Alajuelense, Agustín Lleida, está a punto de dejar al equipo manudo para asumir la gerencia deportiva de la Asociación Deportiva San Carlos.
La información fue dada a conocer por el periódico La Nación, este lunes.
Tras la llegada del Lleida, en 2019, Badilla se convirtió en la mano derecha del español. Su amistad surgió años antes cuando ambos coincidieron en el Pachuca de México.
El exfutbolista se desempeñó como jefe del departamento de visorias.
“Badilla, junto con el español Vidal Paloma, quien fue el director de ligas menores y quien también dejó su cargo este año para asumir un puesto en un prestigioso club español, fueron las bases de confianza de un Agustín que siempre buscó gente cercana y de la que podía confiar en el frenético día a día en el Centro de Alto Rendimiento (CAR)”, indicó el medio citado.
Con la llegada de Antonio Solana al club erizo, Badilla se mantendría en el departamento de visorias, pero no como director del departamento ya que ese puesto lo tomó el mexicano José Manuel Morales, quien fue presentado el pasado 13 de octubre.
Solana, en la conferencia de prensa en la que fue presentado por el presidente Ocampo, advirtió que ese departamento sufriría varios cambios, pero no dio mayores explicaciones.
Futuro de Badilla estaría en San Carlos
Tras la salida de Gustavo Pérez como gerente deportivo de los Toros del Norte, el nombre de Badilla Guadamuz toma fuerza para asumir el cargo.
Sergio Chaves, presidente del equipo norteño, declaró a La Nación que el nombre de quien fuera la mano derecha de Lleida está entre las posibilidades a valorar.
“Sí, sí tenemos a Víctor Badilla como una de las opciones”, dijo Chaves.
