CNE habilita albergues para atender a afectados por lluvias
82 personas permanecen en los albergues temporales.
La Comisión Nacional de Emergencias (CNE) habilitó siete albergues temporales para atender a familias afectadas por las lluvias que están afectando al país en los últimos días debido al impacto indirecto del huracán Julia.
82 personas permanecen en los albergues que se encuentran en los siguientes puntos:
Región Brunca: Buenos Aires, Liceo Yohavin; Pérez Zeledón, Salón Comunal Pejibaye; Coto Brus, Salón Comunal San Bosco; Río Claro.
Región Pacífico Central: Manzanillo, Iglesia Monte de Santidad.
Región Chorotega: La Cruz, Salón Comunal de Las Vueltas; Cañas, Gimnasio Municipal.
El Instituto Meteorológico Nacional (IMN) informó la mañana de este domingo que el huracán Julia se debilitó a tormenta tropical al norte del Lago de Nicaragua y comenzó a disminuir su influencia en la región debido a un menor contenido de humedad y la fricción con tierra.
Sin embargo, la influencia del fenómeno atmosférico en Costa Rica se prolongará al menos hasta el día lunes.
