Activan “protocolo de seguridad” en cárcel tras la llegada de sospechoso de violar a bebé
El hombre de apellido Myrie descontará seis meses de prisión preventiva.
El Ministerio de Justicia y Paz informó que el sospechoso de violar a una bebita de cinco meses en Guácimo de Limón ya se encuentra recluido en prisión bajo un estricto “protocolo de seguridad”.
El hombre, de apellido Myrie, permaneció varios días en las celdas del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), pero luego fue trasladado a un centro penitenciario.
Según informó el portal de noticias Teletica.com cuando una persona llega a una cárcel, con amenazas debido al hecho que se investiga, generalmente es aislada mientras la reubican, porque no se puede exponer su vida.
Sin embargo, el personal de Adaptación Social establece el lugar, de acuerdo con la persona y el nivel de peligro.
Un presunto violador de niños es la categoría más despreciada y baja entre los privados de libertad, este tipo de sospechosos son los que enfrentan mayor riesgo en un centro penal por lo grave del acto y por este motivo ingresan bajo este protocolo especial.
Como medida cautelar la Fiscalía de Pococí le impuso a Myrie seis meses de prisión preventiva, ya que es investigado por el presunto delito de violación contra persona menor e incapaz.
