David Guzmán se sincera: “A veces hago faltas tontas, pero créanme yo quiero cambiar”
El jugador del Deportivo Saprissa promete ser más eficiente en este nuevo campeonato.
A las puertas de iniciar un nuevo Campeonato Nacional el futbolista del Deportivo Saprissa, David Guzmán, promete tener un mejor desempeño en el terreno de juego.
En entrevista con Deportivas Columbia el volante reconoció que comete muchas faltas innecesarias en los partidos, pero confesó que pondrá de su parte para mejorar sus funciones en la cancha.
“Primero hay que entender que soy futbolista y por supuesto que puedo fallar. Yo tengo muy claro que a veces hago faltas tontas; pero créame que yo quiero cambiar, mejorar, pero bueno no es tan sencillo. Debemos analizar y entender en cuál posición juego yo, a veces juego de ‘mixto’ y ahí no hago ni una sola falta, pero si juego de ‘5’, me tocará hacer faltas, realizar el famoso juego sucio. Quizás estoy con Angulo y Mariano, y ellos no lo harán, me toca a mí”, comentó Guzmán.
David comentó que espera no recibir tantas cartulinas amarillas en este nuevo torneo.
“Me gustaría mejorar, ser un jugador del cuál ya no se hable de eso (de recibir muchas amarillas), pero será muy difícil, es tedioso porque siempre se habla de lo mismo. Pero bueno, también a veces se margina o se condiciona a un jugador por quién fue, y no meramente por qué hizo en una jugada en específico”, dijo.
En diciembre próximo Guzmán terminará su ligamen con el conjunto tibaseño por lo que este certamen tiene una gran carga emocional extra para él.
“Ya habrá tiempo para definir todo eso. Pero está claro que uno siempre quiere estar acá. Yo quiero seguir en Saprissa, pero veremos qué pasará”, dijo el deportista sobre su futuro.
El Deportivo Saprissa iniciará el Campeonato Nacional en condición de visita ante Municipal Pérez Zeledón este miércoles a las 5 p.m.
