“Tengo un año de no poder ver a una de mis hijas por una denuncia falsa. La violencia no tiene género y la violencia de género también la sufrimos los hombres”, indicó el periodista.
El periodista Camilo Rodríguez tiene una forma muy peculiar de protestar ante el problema de la obstrucción del vínculo entre miles de padres y sus hijos después del divorcio: se disfraza como personajes que ha encarnado el actor estadounidense Johnny Depp, quien recientemente ganó una demanda por difamación contra su exesposa Amber Heard.
El comunicador manifestó que tiene varios meses de no ver a sus hijos por culpa del Patronato Nacional de la Infancia (PANI): “Tengo 10 meses y medio de no ver a Montserrat y a Joaquín y a Almudena los pude ver en diciembre dos veces y en enero una vez”, comentó Rodríguez.
“He encabezado una lucha en favor de mi derecho de reunirme con mi hijo e hijas, tras haber sido separado, posterior a experimentar denuncias falsas por parte de la progenitora de tres de mis hijos”, añadió.
Eso lo llevó a encadenarse por 32 días a las afueras de la entidad. Pero ahora se manifiesta de otra manera.
“El Sombrerero Loco, Jack Sparrow, Willy Wonka, son muchos los personajes icónicos de Johnny Depp, pero sin duda hay un antes y un después en la historia de Johnny Depp y tiene que ver con que la violencia no tiene género y la violencia de género también la sufrimos los hombres”, indicó el también escritor.
“Tengo un año de no poder ver a una de mis hijas por una denuncia falsa. La denuncia fue desestimada por el Ministerio Público y, sin embargo, el PANI con una denuncia falsa validada por una psicóloga que no es experta en abuso sexual, me tiene alejado de una de mis hijas. A los otros dos hijos los he podido ver cuatro veces en un año en una oficina como un delincuente durante una hora”, agregó.
Rodríguez comentó que: “No se vale que las mujeres puedan denunciar falsamente y que sigan ahí impunes, no se vale que puedan decir lo que sea para alejar al papá de los hijos después de un divorcio o una separación. No se vale que las mujeres tomen a los hijos como rehenes, tomen a los hijos como trofeos de guerra y secuestren a los hijos después del divorcio”.
“Los niños no son cosas, los niños tienen derechos humanos y entre esos derechos tienen el derecho a una familia. La familia materna, pero también la familia paterna. Miles de padres costarricenses, latinoamericanos, iberoamericanos, estamos lejos de nuestros hijos después de un divorcio por culpa de estar patrañas, por culpa de estas tretas con las cuales muchos papás no pueden ver a sus hijos”, añadió.
“¡Qué viva Johnny Depp! ¡Qué viva la justicia que ha demostrado que los hombres también podemos ser inocentes! Que no se debe cargar e invertir la carga de la prueba, que no se puede decir que un hombre es culpable simplemente porque es hombre y que una mujer es inocente simplemente porque es mujer. Miles de padres queremos estar cerca de nuestros hijos y estamos luchando por acabar con estas injusticias del poder judicial y en el caso de Costa Rica del PANI”, finalizó.
