Orlando Sinclair, futbolista del Saprissa, estrella su carro contra casa en San José
El aparatoso accidente ocurrió minutos después de las 5 a.m. de este domingo, cerca de las instalaciones deportivas de la UCR.
El futbolista del Deportivo Saprissa, Orlando Sinclair, sufrió un aparatoso accidente este domingo cerca de las 5 a.m. cerca de las instalaciones deportivas de la Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR), en San Pedro de Montes de Oca en San José.
En las imágenes que circulan en las redes sociales se observa como el vehículo del futbolista, un Nissan Sentra 2016 color gris, tiró el portón y quedó incrustado entre los árboles del jardín de la vivienda.
Según indica la página del Registro Nacional, el carro aparece inscrito a nombre del delantero del conjunto morado de 23 años.
De acuerdo con una publicación del periódico La Teja, los dueños de la casa solicitaron ayuda a un oficial de seguridad y al Tránsito de la UCR porque, aparentemente, temían que el chofer se diera a la fuga.
Así que los oficiales custodiaron el sitio hasta que llegó la Fuerza Pública.
La Policía de Tránsito no confirmó si el futbolista era quien manejaba el vehículo al momento del accidente.
El departamento de prensa del Saprissa se pronunció minutos después de que se diera a conocer la noticia en los medios de comunicación.
“El club ya tiene conocimiento de la situación, se puso en contacto con el jugador y está bien”.
Las autoridades no han detallado sobre las causas que mediaron en el accidente, tampoco hubo reporte de personas heridas.
Actualmente el delantero se encuentra en recuperación luego de ser sometido a una artroscopia en una rodilla.
