El abogado Juan Diego Castro interpuso una denuncia penal la mañana de este martes 14 de setiembre en contra del expresidente de la República, Luis Guillermo Solís Rivera (2014-2018) y Carlos Alvarado Quesada, presidente en ejercicio desde el 8 de mayo del 2018, por varios aparentes delitos.
“Ellos y otros sujetos aún no imputados son miembros de una asociación ilícita que cometió los delitos de: prevaricato, malversación de fondos, violación de datos personales, incumplimiento de deberes, influencia en contra de la hacienda pública y favorecimiento personal. No me refiero al “caso del cementazo”, que ustedes sabrán qué pasó ahí y que descubrieron del lado oscuro de la luna judicial”, dice parte del documento presentado por Castro.
