Fiscalía pide la anulación de la fianza otorgada a Mélida Solís y Carlos Cerdas
El Ministerio Público alega que no es suficiente la fianza por los montos fijados en relación al posible riesgo de fuga que existe sobre los imputados.
El Ministerio Público estima que la caución real (una figura similar a la fianza) de $3 millones impuesta por el Juzgado Penal de Hacienda del Segundo Circuito Judicial de San José en Goicoechea a Mélida Solís, propietaria de la constructora H.Solís y de $5 millones a Carlos Cerdas, dueño de MECO para que estén en libertad mientras avanza la investigación de caso “Cochinilla” debe ser anulada.
Juan Marco Rivero, representante legal de Solís, indicó al medio CRHoy que la Fiscalía alega que no es completamente suficiente la caución por los montos fijados en relación a un posible riesgo de fuga que existe sobre la figura de los investigados.
Si el Juzgado acepta esa petición, un tercer juez deberá conocer el expediente y realizar una nueva audiencia para poder fijar nuevas medidas cautelares contra Solís y Cerdas.
La audiencia de apelación de medidas del paso “Cochinilla” inició el lunes anterior y continúa este miércoles. Con la conclusión del Ministerio Público, en horas de la tarde los abogados de las personas investigadas tendrán la oportunidad de respuesta.
