Autoridades judiciales identifican a asaltante asesinado por menor de 17 años
Los hechos ocurrieron el lunes anterior en Guanacaste.
Agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), identificaron al sospechosos de asaltar a los huéspedes de unas cabinas en la localidad de Huacas en Santa Cruz, Guanacaste, quien fue ultimado por un menor de edad de 17 años.
El fallecido fue identificado como Donald Froilán Padilla García de 19 años, indicaron las autoridades.
Los hechos
De acuerdo con el reporte judicial, se presume que el ahora occiso ingresó a la propiedad en compañía de otras personas con el aparente propósito de realizar un asalto.
Los sujetos ingresaron a las cabinas armados con pistolas, portando mascarillas y cascos de motociclistas.
Tras el enfrentamiento los sospechosos se dieron a la fuga, pero Padilla García resultó herido en el forcejeo y quedó tendido a 50 metros de las cabinas, dentro de un lote baldío.
Los agentes que atendieron el caso indicaron que el aparente hampón murió luego de recibir cuatro puñaladas: una en el cuello y tres en el abdomen.
