Procuraduría: PAC trató de cobrar ₡1000 millones con contratos falsos
En al menos en 179 contratos las personas trabajaron de manera voluntaria y no cobraron por sus servicios.
En el juicio que se sigue contra el Partido Acción Ciudadana (PAC), con el propósito de discutir el monto que tendrá que cancelar por estafar al Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones (TSE) en las elecciones nacionales del 2010, la Procuraduría General de la República (PGR) reveló que la agrupación política intentó cobrar ₡1000 millones con contratos falsos.
Randall Aguirre, Procurador Penal, declaró a Noticias Monumental que el PAC pretendía incluir más contratos pero la solicitud fue rechazada por el TSE.
“Sin embargo, ya hoy sabemos después de la investigación que realizó el Ministerio Público, la que realizó el Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones y la sentencia que se emitió en el año 2016 que al menos en 179 contratos las personas trabajaron de manera voluntaria y que esos contratos tenían un contenido falso y es que trataron de aparentar o de acreditar que esos contratos generaban por un servicio contratado por el partido entonces en realidad era un servicio de manera voluntaria que ninguna persona estaba interesada en cobrar y que el partido lo recibió por un espíritu de las personas de contribuir al proceso electoral”, agregó.
El procurador indicó que se presentó una solicitud para aumentar el monto de la condena y que además se incluyeran las costas e intereses por un monto que asciende los ₡21 millones.
PAC debe cancelar ₡620 millones al Estado por cometer estafa al TSE al momento de cobrar la deuda política de las elecciones nacionales del 2010.
