Socio conductor de Uber reclama pago de vacaciones y cargas sociales ante los Juzgados
El hombre es vecino de San José e impuso su demanda en el Juzgado de Trabajo de Desamparados.
Un miembro conductor de la plataforma Uber reclamo ante el Juzgado de Trabajo de Desamparados que la empresa multinacional le debe el pago de vacaciones y cargas sociales.
El hombre de apellidos Morales Miranda es vecino de San José e implora que se le reconozca la existencia de una relacion laboral con Portier Costa Rica Sociedad limitada, dicha entidad privada forma parte del conglomerado de compañías que representan a la reconocida industria de transporte estadounidense que data de febrero del 2017, cuando firmó un «Contrato de Servicios Tecnológicos» y entregó copia de su cédula, su licencia así como de su hoja de delincuencia, según menciona el del documento, en poder del medio AmeliaRueda.com.
La misma demanda cita que «las nuevas plataformas digitales, harto conocidas y desarrolladas en esta nueva era de la ‘revolución digital’ no pueden vaciar de contenido los elementos esenciales que el legislador estableció, como presupuestos básicos del contrato de trabajo», indicó el medio AmeliaRueda.com.
Esta demanda invita al Juzgado de Trabajo que den apertura a un imaginario mental, donde el patrono, quien es Uber exige prestación personal de un servicio por medio de una aplicación digital, que puede ser descargada en cualquier aparato inteligente.
