(Video) Aparente estafador se esconde en bus y en patrulla de Tránsito para evitar ser vapuleado
Al verse descubierto, el hombre huyó pero fue detenido.
Un hombre de 39 años apellidado Portugués Cordero fue detenido en las inmediaciones del Aeropuerto Internacional Juan Santamaría, en Alajuela, como sospechoso de intento de estafa.
El incidente ocurrió el jueves anterior minutos después del mediodía cuando, en apariencia, Portugués pretendió estafar a unas personas quienes se enteraron de las intenciones del sujeto.
“Mae es que me van a golpear, cómo me va a hacer esto, señor por favor me van a golpear”, imploró el hombre al chofer del autobús.
El sospechoso se bajó del bus y se subió a una patrulla de la Policía de Tránsito que estaba cerca del lugar.
Oficiales de la Policía Aeroportuaria detuvieron al sospechoso, quien fue pasado con un reporte al Ministerio Público por los aparentes delitos de coacción y estafa.
“Oficiales prestaron colaboración al personal de Policía de Tránsito cuyos oficiales indicaron que un hombre, en apariencia, estaba golpeando a unas personas que venían a bordo de un vehículo y se retiraron del lugar. Los oficiales realizaron un recorrido por los sectores aledaños y no ubicaron el vehículo”, informó el Departamento de Prensa del Ministerio de Seguridad Pública.
“Sin embargo, ubicaron a la persona presuntamente afectada. Al consultar a esta persona (en el sistema) los oficiales verificaron que tiene orden de captura y remisión a la cárcel por los delitos de coacción y estafa”, agregó la entidad.
