Sujeto que asaltaba con supuesta arma de fuego deberá pasar los próximos dos meses en prisión preventiva
El asaltante habría fingido tener un arma de fuego para asaltar a un hombre y quitarle su celular.
Un hombre identificado con los apellidos Arauz Jarquín, quien es sospechoso de cometer el delito de robo agravado, deberá pasar los próximos dos meses tras las rejas cumpliendo prisión preventiva.
Lo anterior se debe a un incidente ocurrido el sábado 23 de setiembre, al ser las 6:40am, en Belén de Heredia.
Según trascendió al momento de los hechos el sospechoso le colocó un cuchillo al costado derecho a la víctima y le exigió que le entregara el celular.
A raíz de eso el ofendido intentó huir, pero en apariencia el ahora investigado simuló tener un arma de fuego y amenazó con disparar, por lo que hombre entregó su teléfono celular.
Tras su detención fue puesto en manos de la Fiscalía, donde le dictaron dos meses de prisión preventiva.
