Sospechoso de dispararle a policía Kimberly Suárez enfrentará juicio
Joven de 24 años fue herida en la cabeza cuando atendía un caso de violencia doméstica en Heredia.
En una audiencia preliminar realizada este martes, la Fiscalía de San Joaquín de Flores consiguió que el Juzgado Penal de la zona acogiera su solicitud y ordenara realizar un juicio contra un hombre de apellidos Ruiz Juárez, sospechoso de dispararle a la oficial de la Fuerza Pública Kimberly Suárez Narváez.
La representación fiscal lo acusó por los presuntos delitos de tentativa de homicidio, maltrato, ofensas a la dignidad, amenazas contra una mujer, daño patrimonial y resistencia agravada, por lo que el imputado enfrentará el debate por la totalidad de esas conductas delictivas.
Tras concluir dicha relación, la mujer solicitó medidas de protección, las cuales fueron otorgadas por el Juzgado de Violencia Doméstica, a finales del mismo mes.
Presuntamente, la tarde del 9 de enero pasado, Ruiz entró a la casa de la ofendida y empezó a agredirla; ella logró dar la alerta a la Fuerza Pública, por lo que tres oficiales se presentaron al lugar e ingresaron a la vivienda, ubicada en el barrio Siglo XXI, en Llorente de Flores.
La investigación por estos hechos se realizó dentro del expediente 21-000007-1611-PE; en la audiencia, la Fiscalía también consiguió que se prorrogara a Ruiz la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva por tres meses.
