¡Que tragedia! Autoridades confirman hallazgo del cuerpo del niño que cayó a una quebrada
El menor había sido reportado como desaparecido la noche de ayer jueves en Alto Chirripó.
Una noticia que sin duda no se quería escuchar, las autoridades confirmaron que dieron con el cuerpo sin vida del niño de cuatro años, quien por circunstancias que se desconocen cayó a una quebrada y fue arrastrado por la corriente en Turrialba.
De acuerdo con Mauricio Mendoza, Coordinador Operativo Regional de la Cruz Roja de Cartago, el cuerpo del chiquito fue hallado a eso de las 9:00am, de este viernes en Alto Pacuare.
“Alrededor de las 9:00am una de las patrullas que trabajaba con las personas del lugar nos informó que encontraron un cuerpo. Inmediatamente nuestro recursos se movilizaron unos cuatro kilómetros río abajo para hacer la extracción del cuerpo”, detalló Mendoza.
Las autoridades al recibir la alerta sobre el accidente acuático planificaron la movilización de los recursos, pues se trataba de una zona de difícil acceso.
Según detallaron el operativo de búsqueda inició a las 3:00am de este viernes, a cargo de la Cruz Roja Costarricense y otros cuerpos de rescate.
