Pareja es detenida por ser sospechosos de amarrar y privar de libertad a su jefe tras despedirlos
El peón y su esposa son sospechosos de cometer el crimen de robo agravado y privación de libertad.
Un hombre identificado con el apellido Picado y una mujer apellidada López, ambos de 27 años, fueron detenidos este viernes 22 de setiembre, por agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), tras ser sospechosos de amarrar a su jefe, robarle y privarlo de libertad por haberlos despedido.
Este incidente ocurrió en agosto del 2022, dentro de una finca localizada en Barrio Las Palmeras de Astúa Pirie de Cariari de Pococí.
“Según el informe policial, la víctima a principios de agosto del presente año habría contratado a la pareja para que realizara diferentes labores dentro de una finca localizada en Barrio Las Palmeras de Astúa Pirie de Cariari de Pococí, y luego de varias diferencias con el sospechoso decidió indicarles que abandonaran el lugar”, detalló el OIJ sobre el momento de los hechos.
Asimismo, indicaron que en apariencia el sospechoso recibió ayuda de su esposa, quien también fue detenida, sin embargo, no se precisó dónde se ubicaba ella al momento de la captura.
En cuanto a los hechos, según el reporte Picado tuvo discusión con su jefe el 28 de agosto, debido a que aparentemente no le dio comida a los animales y fue cuando en un determinado momento el sospechosos amarró a su jefe de pies y manos con el fin de quitarle la billetera y el celular.
“Posteriormente, le solicitó a su pareja sentimental que se quedara custodiando a la víctima bajo amenazas con un arma de fuego; seguidamente, el sospechoso se marchó del lugar en el carro del ofendido”, indican el reporte de las autoridades.
Ahora la pareja es sospechosa de robo agravado y privación de libertad, ambos fueron puestos a las órdenes del Ministerio Público, donde se les determinará su situación jurídica.
