¿“Oso” construyó un cementerio clandestino para sepultar a sus víctimas? Esto dice el OIJ
“Oso” figura como sospechoso de matar al policía Bryan Josué Rivera Oviedo, de 28 años.
El Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) analiza si el aparente líder de una organización narco, Ronny Danilo López González alias “Oso”, nicaragüense sospechoso de asesinar a un policía en Herradura, Puntarenas, construyó un cementerio clandestino para sepultar a sus supuestas víctimas.
La información fue confirmada por el director de la Policía Judicial, Rándall Zúñiga, a Teletica.com.
“Ya tiene varios homicidios y hay una investigación pendiente de un hombre que está desaparecido, que pertenece a una barra de fútbol, que también está vinculado con esta persona”, indicó Zúñiga.
“Estamos tratando de dilucidar si esta persona (“Oso”) tiene algún tipo de cementerio clandestino por la zona, porque la forma en que se despojaría de los cuerpos para nosotros es bastante importante. Hay muchas personas que están desaparecidas y podría ser que estén vinculadas con este sospechoso”, agregó.
Víctimas y desaparecidos
“Oso” figura como sospechoso de matar al policía Bryan Josué Rivera Oviedo, de 28 años. El asesinato ocurrió el jueves 25 de enero anterior en Las Parcelas de Herradura.
También lo vinculan con la muerte de Alanis Daniela Menendez Monge, de 19 años, y de Alfonso Mejía Díaz, alias “Chayan” cuyos cuerpos fueron hallados el pasado sábado 27 de enero en un acantilado en Bijagual, también en el Pacífico Central.
Alanis sería una víctima inocente, al parecer mantenía una relación sentimental con “Chayan”, quien, en apariencia, era uno de los sicarios de “Oso”.
“Alias ‘Chayan’ y su novia son los que aparecen a la orilla de un río, lo que no teníamos pendiente era que la mujer de él (Chayan) era una de las personas que podían estar involucradas dentro de esta situación, y lo extraño es que este sujeto que aparece (muerto) tenía una relación directa con ‘Oso’. ‘Chayan’ sí tenía relación con ‘Oso’, pero la mujer es víctima colateral”, explicó Zúñiga a Teletica.com.
Pero también las autoridades investigan si la banda del nicaragüense está implicada en la desaparición del carnicero Luis Alejandro Gutiérrez Sandí, de 28 años, de quien se desconoce el paradero desde el pasado 1º de enero pasado.
Lo último que se sabe de Gutiérrez, quien es vecino de San José, es que estaba en Herradura de paseo con amigos, ahí habría tenido un problema con miembros de la organización criminal de “Oso”.
Las causas del problema que en apariencia tuvo el carnicero, quien es amante de Liga Deportiva Alajuelense, con los integrantes del grupo de “Oso” no se han dado a conocer, lo cierto del caso es que después de esa supuesta situación, Luis Alejandro está desaparecido.
La Teja dio a conocer que las autoridades manejan el reporte de varias personas desaparecidas y no descartan que estén relacionadas con esta misma situación.
“Oso”, junto con otro sujeto identificado como “Tuerto” están detenidos y a la espera de medidas cautelares por el homicidio del policía Bryan Rivera.
Los dos cuentan con múltiples antecedentes policiales y judiciales, pese a eso estaban en libertad.
Además, otras cuatro personas, en apariencia miembros de la banda del narco “Oso” también están detenidas por supuesta venta de drogas y a la espera de medidas cautelares.
