Oficial de seguridad privada fue asesinado en un intento de asalto en Barranca de Puntarenas
La víctima tenía 26 años de edad.
Francisco Javier Medina Tercero de 26 años, fue la víctima mortal de un intento de asalto ocurrido la noche de este miércoles 13 de setiembre, en Barranca de Puntarenas, según confirmó el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ).
Medina, se desempeñaba como guarda de una empresa de seguridad privada y falleció en el cumplimiento de sus deberes.
La víctima quien en primera instancia sobrevivió al ataque presentaba una herida en su mandíbula y otra en su hombro izquierdo, por lo que fue trasladado al hospital Monseñor Sanabria, pero lamentablemente fue declarado fallecido unos minutos después de su ingreso al centro médico.
El caso ahora se mantiene bajo investigación de los agentes judiciales de la Delegación Regional de Puntarenas quienes realizan las pesquisas correspondientes para esclarecer lo sucedido.
