Madre de Allison Bonilla visita la tumba de su hija, antes de que inicie el juicio contra “Sukia”
Este lunes dará inicio el juicio por la desaparición y muerte de Allison Bonilla.
Este lunes a las 8:00 a.m. en los Tribunales de Justicia de Cartago iniciará el juicio por la desaparición y muerte de la joven Allison Pamela Bonilla Vázquez. El acusado es un sujeto de apellidos Sánchez Ureña alias “Sukia” de 28 años.
Por eso doña Yendry Vázquez, madre de la joven, visitará la tumba donde reposan los restos de su hija este domingo. Para ella es habitual asistir al cementerio de Birrisito, en Paraíso de Cartago para mantener limpio el terrero donde descansa Allison.
“Muchas veces lo que hago es quedarme callada y contemplar, sé que está allí y le hablo desde mi mente”, declaró doña Yendry quien va al camposanto al menos una vez a la semana.
Sobre el juicio que arrancará este lunes 19 de julio y se extenderá hasta el 30 del mismo mes, Vázquez, indicó: “Sigo poniendo todo en manos de Dios, solo él es el juez”.
Dos altares
“Junto a una amiga mía, a quien Allison llamaba ‘tía Cin’, porque la conoce desde que nació, se nos ocurrió llevarle la Virgencita, porque ella era muy creyente y a veces mi hija hacía hasta cuatro romerías saliendo de Ujarrás”, dijo doña Yendry a La Teja.
La madre de la joven contó que hay otro altar en el sitio donde encontraron los lentes de la muchacha en Charrara.
“Siempre que los limpio (los altares y la tumba), le digo: ‘Mi amor aquí estoy, vine a visitarte’. Me gusta mantenerle todo aseado y cambiarle las flores”, manifestó.
El juicio
Las juezas Magaly Orue y Jenny Almendaris, y el juez Franklin Ramírez serán los encargados del juicio por el asesinato de Allison Pamela. El proceso contará con el testimonio de 12 personas.
Rodrigo Araya, defensor de la familia de Allison, indicó que pedirán la pena máxima, de 35 años, por homicidio calificado: “Estoy convencido que es un caso en que se puede aplicar la pena máxima, sobre todo por la forma en la que se deshizo del cuerpo”.
La familia de la joven confirmó que presentaron una acción civil resarcitoria. En caso de que obtengan el dinero será donado a alguna institución.
Antecedentes
Allison Pamela Bonilla Vázquez, desapareció la noche del 4 de marzo del 2020 cuando se dirigía a su casa tras ir a clases y visitar la casa de su novio. Luego tomó un bus que la llevaría desde Cachí hasta Ujarrás.
El 4 de setiembre del año anterior el imputado por el caso, un joven de apellidos Sánchez Ureña alias “Sukia”, confesó haber violado y asesinado a la joven. Luego, tiró el cuerpo en un botadero clandestino ubicado en San Jerónimo de Cachí.
Actualmente se encuentra descontando prisión preventiva desde el 2 de setiembre anterior cuando fue detenido.
