Líder narco que gozaba de libertad condicional es detenido por el presunto delito de violación de sellos
El líder narco es conocido como “Press” y en el 2021 fue condenado a 9 años de cárcel.
Este miércoles en horas de la mañana el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), dio con la detención de un hombre apellidado Alfaro Bustamante, conocido como “Press”, quien hace un tiempo fue señalado por las autoridades como un violento líder narco.
Según trascendió “Press” al momento de su detención se encontraba en la zona de Cartago.
Alfaro quien tenía casi seis meses de estar en libertad condicional, de acuerdo con la Policía Judicial fue detenido debido que contaba con una orden de captura girada por el presunto delito de invasión a un área de conservación o protección y violación de sellos.
Este sujeto quien sin duda es un viejo conocido de las autoridades, en el 2021 fue condenado a nueve años de cárcel por narcotráfico y su detención fue realizada por agentes de la Sección de Capturas y de la Unidad de Recolección de Información Policial.
En cuanto a la nueva orden de captura contra el sujeto, se indicó que fue emitida por el Tribunal Penal del Primer Circuito Judicial de Limón el pasado martes 12 de setiembre.
Cabe destacar que Alfaro recibió el beneficio de libertad condicional en medio de la polémica el pasado jueves 27 de abril por orden del Juzgado de Ejecución de la Pena de Alajuela, esto después de que presentara una solicitud indicando que ya había cumplido el tercio de la pena que se le impuso en el 2021.
