“Lanza huevos” queda en libertad y sin medidas cautelares
Investigado tiró huevos a la casa de los diputados Luis Ramón Carranza y María José Corrales en San Carlos el pasado 6 de julio.
El aparente responsable de atacar con huevos las residencias de los legisladores Luis Ramón Carranza, del Partido Acción Ciudadana (PAC) y María José Corrales, del Partido Liberación Nacional (PLN) el pasado 6 de julio en Ciudad Quesada, en San Carlos fue puesto en libertad horas después de ser detenido este martes por agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ).
El hombre, de apellidos Ramírez Guzmán, fue aprehendido minutos antes del mediodía fuera de su casa ubicada en El Castillo de La Fortuna.
El sujeto de 35 años, figura como sospechoso del delito de atentado en perjuicio de la autoridad pública.
“La Fiscalía Adjunta de San Carlos informó que existe una investigación penal en contra de un hombre de apellidos Ramírez Guzmán. Al imputado se le tomó la declaración indagatoria y, tras verificarse que cuenta con arraigos procesales (laboral, familiar y domiciliar), se determinó que, de momento, puede continuar apegado al proceso sin la necesidad de cumplir medidas cautelares”, indicó el Ministerio Público.
El caso se encuentra en la etapa de recolección y análisis de pruebas bajo el expediente 21-001354-0065-PE.
