“Lamento lo que pasó, Dios sabe que fue un accidente” oficial que conducía patrulla accidentada
Este terrible accidente cobró la vida de Yerlin Valverde Castillo y Mario Ubeda López.
Por el delito de dos homicidios culposos, está siendo investigado el oficial de la Fuerza Pública Bryan Cerdas Hernández, debido a que él manejaba la patrulla que chocó contra una motocicleta en el centro de San José, el pasado 11 de enero y que dejó como saldo dos personas fallecidas.
Las víctimas de este aparatoso accidente fueron una compañera de Cerdas, Yerlin Valverde Castillo, de 36 años, y del motociclista Mario Ubeda López, de 60 años.
Debido a este accidente Cerdas, fue citado este jueves 2 de febrero, a la Fiscalía del I circuito judicial de San José, para que brindara su declaratoria de indagación sobre este fatal incidente.
Por su parte el oficial que se encuentra incapacitado por el Instituto Nacional de Seguros (INS), asegura que lamenta lo que pasó y que Dios sabe que fue un accidente, además, de que se encuentra a la espera de que avance el proceso que debe enfrentar.
“Lamento lo que pasó, Dios sabe que fue un accidente, estoy dolido por mi familia, por mi compañera y por el señor también”.
“Esperar a ver el proceso con la ayuda de Dios”, expresó el oficial.
En cuanto al Ministerio de Seguridad Pública (MSP), Cerdas, asegura que solo algunos allegados le han consultado acerca del proceso, pero que los altos mandos, no preguntan nada.
“Unos cuantos allegados que le preguntan a uno, los altos jerarcas, la verdad, no preguntan”, comentó el policía.
Asimismo, Bryan expresó que no ha podido acercarse a las familias de las dos víctimas, debido a que está bastante afectado, peor que más adelante no descarta hacerlo, al igual que expresó que le impacta mucho pasar por el lugar donde se dio el terrible accidente.
“Tanto el señor como mi compañera me han dolido un montón, mi esposa sabe lo que he pasado”.
“Es impactante pasar ahí donde fue el accidente… vamos a ver qué pasa”, expresó el oficial.
