Juan Carlos Bolaños presenta denuncia contra Emilia Navas por incumplimento de deberes
El empresario aseguró que fue detenido por órdenes de la exfiscala con información “inventada”.
El empresario Juan Carlos Bolaños presentó una denuncia penal contra la exfiscala general de la República, Emilia Navas Aparicio por presuntos abusos en la investigación del sonado caso del cemento chino.
Por medio de un video que publicó en sus redes sociales, Bolaños, indicó que la denuncia también es extensiva para los fiscales a cargo del caso nombrado por la prensa como ‘Cementazo’.
“Pero no solo eso, esa información es avalada por el Ministerio Público y utilizada por este para fundamentar detenciones a lo interno del Juzgado Penal del Segundo Circuito Judicial de San José violentando totalmente el principio de libertad procesal”, agregó.
Bolaños indicó que el caso del ‘Cementazo’ fue el único en el que Navas no se inhibió. Además una vez más acusó al Ministerio Público de “montar un show” en su contra pues hasta la fecha el proceso no supera la fase indagatoria.
El ‘Cementazo’ trata sobre un préstamo de $20 millones que brindó el Banco de Costa Rica (BCR) y en el que se han visto involucrados desde exdiputados hasta directivos de entidades bancarias y exmiembros de la Corte.
Juan Carlos Bolaños estuvo en prisión preventiva entre noviembre de 2017 y abril del 2019. Luego se mantuvo bajo arresto domiciliario con monitoreo electrónico, hasta que en noviembre del 2020 los jueves lo dejaron en libertad.
