Joven que no puede caminar tras atropello fue enviado a la cárcel por pensión alimentaria
Hombre adeuda ₡500 mil, pese a su estado de salud el juzgado lo envió a prisión.
Un joven de 25 años fue enviado a la cárcel por adeudar pensión alimentaria en un momento en el que se encuentra en recuperación luego de sufrir un accidente que le impide caminar.
El hombre, de apellido Obando, fue atropellado por un conductor en aparente estado de ebriedad el año anterior luego de salir del trabajo en una finca ubicada en San Vito de Coto Brus donde se desempeñaba como agricultor.
Producto del accidente al joven le colocaron pines en una de sus piernas, situación que le impide caminar y por supuesto trabajar, desde ese día sus ingresos se vieron limitados.
El último pago que realizó Obando fue de ₡34 mil colones, que sacó del Bono Proteger que le otorgaron durante la pandemia.
Personeros del Centro de Atención Institucional Virilla en Alajuela, donde se encuentra recluido Obando, aseguran que no cuentan con la capacidad para poder atender las necesidades médicas que ocupa el muchacho pues su pierna debe recibir limpieza especial ya que está sostenida por pines.
El joven adeuda ₡500 mil de pensión, por su evidente estado de salud Obando no ha podido laborar, pero eso no fue impedimento para que el juzgado tomara la determinación de enviarlo a la cárcel.
