Joseph Corella, el joven de 26 años que murió en un accidente en la ruta 32 tras salir de un concierto
El joven era vecino de Heredia.
Joseph Steven Corella Mejía, de 26 años, fue el joven que murió en un choque la noche del domingo 29 de octubre sobre la ruta 32 sentido Limón-San José.
La identidad del joven la dio a conocer el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) la tarde de este lunes.
La versión que manejan las autoridades es que Corella viajaba en moto cerca del puente sobre el río Toro Amarillo (Jiménez – Sarapiquí) cuando por razones que se investigan colisionó contra una barrera de cemento que estaba en un sector de la vía que no esta habilitado para circular.
Según indicó la Cruz Roja Costarricense (CRC) a diario La Teja el joven murió en el lugar del percance.
El medio citado anteriormente indicó que el joven falleció tras regresar de una actividad en Guápiles llamada “Chivo de Halloween #13”.
En el evento se presentaron varias bandas, el joven disfrutó de la actividad junto con un grupo de amigos que como él son amantes de la música.
De hecho, trascendió que Corella Mejía era exbajista de la banda Insanity. Además, era miembro de la Legión Sarapiquí.
De acuerdo con la página del Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones (TSE) el joven era vecino de La Aurora de Heredia.
