Inspector municipal habría amenazado con clausurar negocio si no le pagaban ₡60 mil
El sospechoso fue detenido cuando iba al comercio a recoger el dinero que cobraría a la propietaria del local.
Agentes de la Sección de Anticorrupción del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), detuvieron a un hombre de 33 años, que labora como inspector municipal, sospechoso del delito de concusión.
Las investigaciones judiciales indican que, aparentemente, el sujeto le advirtió a la propietaria de un local comercial que le iba a cerrar el negocio por algunas irregularidades con su patente.
El sospechoso fue detenido por las autoridades la tarde de este miércoles cuando se aproximó a recoger el dinero que cobraría a la dueña del negocio.
Junto al inspector municipal fue detenido el conductor del vehículo en el que ambos hombres llegaron al comercio.
Ambos sujetos fueron puestos a la órdenes del Ministerio Público.
