Hombre muere tras ser atacado a balazos en una esquina a 100 metros de su casa
Los hechos se dieron la noche de este martes.
La violencia sigue haciendo de las suyas sobre el territorio nacional, una muestra de ello es el incidente que se reportó la noche de este martes 7 de marzo en Siquirres, y que dejó como saldo una persona fallecida.
De acuerdo con las autoridades, un hombre identificado como Delroy Alberto Foster Drummond, de 36 años, falleció tras ser atacado a balazos cuando estaba a tan solo 100 metros de su casa.
En apariencia el hombre trató de escapar para refugiarse, pero los gatilleros lo siguieron hasta cumplir con su objetivo.
Delroy quien logró sobrevivir al ataque en primera instancia, fue llevado de emergencia al CAIS de Siquirres, sin embargo, poco después de su ingreso falleció producto de las heridas que presentaba en diferentes partes de su cuerpo.
El caso se mantiene bajo investigación del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), quienes buscan determinar el móvil del crimen, aunque no descartan que se tratara de un ajuste de cuentas.
En cuanto a los encargados de acabar con la vida de Foster, quien era padre de dos hijos, de momento se desconocen los paraderos.
