Fiscalía asegura que Allison estaba con vida cuando sospechoso la arrojó a botadero
“Rechazo todos los cargos y me abstengo de declarar”, manifestó el sospechoso del crimen.
Con casi una hora de atraso, este lunes 19 de julio inició el juicio por la desaparición y muerte de la joven Allison Pamela Bonilla Vázquez en la sala 1 de los Tribunales de Justicia de Cartago. El acusado es un sujeto de apellidos Sánchez Ureña alias “Sukia” de 28 años.
La Fiscalía indicó que la joven de 18 años aún se encontraba con vida, pero inconsciente, cuando fue lanzada a un botadero clandestino ubicado en San Jerónimo de Cachí, en Paraíso de Cartago. Producto de los golpes que recibió en la caída la joven falleció.
De acuerdo con la fiscala Paula Aragón Gómez, Sánchez Ureña, golpeó en reiteradas ocasiones a la joven.
“La golpeó con tal fuerza que sus anteojos medicados cayeron al suelo, desprendiéndose del marco uno de los lentes. Asimismo, producto del golpe, uno de los aretes que portaba la víctima cayó al suelo y quedó en el lugar.
“Acto seguido, Sánchez Ureña condujo con rumbo a un botadero clandestino ubicado en San Jerónimo de Cachí y ese mismo día, el 4 de marzo del 2020, el imputado al llegar, con total desprecio por la vida humana, sacó de la cajuela el cuerpo inconsciente de la ofendida y lo lanzó a un precipicio de aproximadamente 450 metros de profundidad, con la finalidad de asegurar la muerte de la ofendida, tomando en cuenta las condiciones del lugar donde cayó, para procurar así la impunidad”, indicó Aragón en la acusación.
Luego de la intervención fiscal, el abogado de la familia de Allison, Rodrigo Araya indicó en la querella que el día del incidente antes de dejarla inconsciente, el sospechoso habría atacado sexualmente a Allison.
El defensor señaló que la víctima confiaba en el imputado porque las familias de ambos se conocían y porque además días antes del 4 de marzo del año anterior, Sánchez ya había llevado a Allison a su casa en compañía de unas primas.
“Aprovechándose de confianza que la víctima le tenía, con el fin de actuar sobre seguro y sobre todo para materializar sus verdaderas intenciones que era privarla de su libertad para violentarla sexualmente y luego quitarle la vida, el imputado logra que la señorita suba a su vehículo creyendo que su destino final sería su casa”, indicó Araya.
No declaró
Luego de escuchar las piezas acusatorias, los jueces le consultaron a Sánchez Ureña si quería declarar.
“Rechazo todos los cargos y me abstengo de declarar”, manifestó el hombre.
Luego la madre de Allison, Yendry Vázquez, así como su hermana, Xiomara Vázquez y un tío de la joven declararon. Los tres están bajo el programa de protección a testigos, por lo que su declaración fue totalmente privada.
Por petición de doña Yendry, el sospechoso fue llevado a otra sala al momento de su declaración.
El abogado de la joven solicitó como parte de la acción civil un resarcimiento de ₡150 millones.
12 personas testificarán en el juicio por el asesinato de Allison Bonilla. Para este martes se espera que declare el novio de la joven, Harold Segura Solano y además de otras tres personas.
Antecedentes
Allison Pamela Bonilla Vázquez, desapareció la noche del 4 de marzo del 2020 cuando se dirigía a su casa tras ir a clases y visitar la casa de su novio. Luego tomó un bus que la llevaría desde Cachí hasta Ujarrás.
El 4 de setiembre del año anterior el imputado por el caso, un joven de apellidos Sánchez Ureña alias “Sukia”, confesó haber violado y asesinado a la joven. Luego, tiró el cuerpo en un botadero clandestino ubicado en San Jerónimo de Cachí.
Actualmente se encuentra descontando prisión preventiva desde el 2 de setiembre anterior cuando fue detenido.
