Estudiosa y buena madre: así recuerdan a joven que falleció en la Tagada
Mujer de 21 años perdió la vida mientras estaba en juego mecánico.
Katherine Chaves Portuguez, de 21 años, falleció la noche del martes anterior mientras se encontraba en el juego mecánico la Tagada en el último día de las fiestas patronales de San Pablo de León Cortés.
La joven, quien era vecina de San Marcos de Tarrazú, era mamá de un niño de dos años. Sus allegados la recuerdan como una joven estudiosa y una gran madre, informó diario La Teja.
Soñaba con darle a su hijo un futuro brillante.
¿Qué fue lo qué pasó?
En un principio se manejó la versión de que la joven madre estaba subida en el juego cuando este se movía muy fuerte cuando no pudo sostenerse y salió expulsada.
Sin embargo, luego se indicó que Chaves sufrió un paro cardiorrespiratorio mientras estaba en la atracción, siendo que de inmediato los encargados detuvieron la misma, para que se le brindara atención médica.
“La muchacha estaba subida en la Tagada, las personas hacen referencia que ella cayó y como que convulsionó y le dio un paro cardiorespiratorio”, relató Hector Blanco, director de Rescate Urbano, a La Teja.
Chaves fue trasladada al Centro de Atención Integral en Salud (CAIS) de San Marcos de Tarrazú, donde los médicos intentaron reanimarla durante aproximadamente 30 minutos. Trágicamente, fue declarada fallecida después de las 9 p. m. en ese centro médico.
Por el momento, se especula que la joven sufrió un fuerte golpe al caer, lo que desencadenó un paro. Sin embargo, los agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) levantaron su cuerpo y lo trasladaron a la Medicatura Forense para realizar las investigaciones correspondientes.
