Dos sujetos pasarán cinco años en la cárcel por asaltar a un hombre en Limón
Los hechos se dieron en mayo de este año.
El Tribunal Penal de Limón, sentenció a dos hombres a cinco años de prisión cada uno, tras ser declarados culpables de cometer el delito de robo agravado en el cantón central de la provincia caribeña.
Según trascendió los sujetos identificados con los apellidos Gutiérrez y Mayorga, atacaron a la víctima de apellido Morales, la noche del 20 de mayo del presente año, cuando se encontraba cerca de una estación de autobuses.
Al parecer los hombres el día de los hechos amenazaron, golpearon y lograron apoderarse de las pertenencias de la víctima como el celular y la billetera, huyendo luego de cometer el asalto.
Sin embargo, para suerte del hombre afectado, poco después de que se dieran los hechos, oficiales de la Fuerza Pública, dieron con la detención de los dos sospechosos y lo pusieron bajo las órdenes de la Fiscalía Adjunta de Limón, quienes determinaron la situación jurídica de cada uno.
