Dos hombres deberán pasar 20 años tras las rejas cada uno por robar y disparar contra unos policías
Los hombres fueron condenados por robo agravado y tentativa de homicidio.
En los Tribunales de Justicia de la provincia de Heredia, el día de hoy dictaron 40 años de prisión en total a dos hombres, quienes fueron encontrados responsables de cometer los delitos robo agravado y tentativa de homicidio.
Los inculpados fueron identificados con los apellidos Martínez Mora y Loaiza Espinoza, y ahora deberán pasar 20 años tras las rejas cada uno, según detallaron las autoridades.
“Los hechos acusados ocurrieron el 07 de junio del 2022, a las 7:45 p.m., en Santo Domingo de Heredia, cuando los imputados ingresaron con armas de fuego a una casa y fingieron ser agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ).
Según el despacho, los hombres dispararon y luego sustrajeron algunos bienes de las víctimas, y huyeron del sitio”, detalló la oficina de prensa del Ministerio Público.
En cuanto a la pena dictada el día de hoy, los sujetos deberán mantenerse en prisión preventiva hasta que la sentencia quede en firme.
