Detienen a hermana de Yokasta Valle; es sospechosa de formar parte de la banda criminal “robapantallas”
Agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) destacados en la Sección de Robos y Hurtos detuvieron la mañana de este miércoles a cuatro personas sospechosas del delito de Hurto a locales comerciales.
De acuerdo con las autoridades, los detenidos formaban parte de la banda criminal llamada “robapantallas”, que se dedicaba a saquear almacenes que venden electrodomésticos. Entre los comercios afectados se encuentran Monge y Gollo.
Las autoridades realizaron un total de siete allanamientos en: Pavas, Desamparados, Alajuela, Goicoechea y León XIII.
Según informó el medio digital ¡Qué Torta! una de las personas detenidas es hermana de la boxeadora Yokasta Valle, ella fue capturada en el caserío Loto, en Desamparados.
¿Cómo operaban?
Según el informe preliminar de las autoridades a los cuatro detenidos se les vincula con 12 causas ocurridas entre octubre de 2022 y octubre del presente año en diferentes sectores de la Gran Área Metropolitana (GAM).
La Oficina de Prensa del OIJ indicó que los sospechosos realizaban los atracos entre la 1:00 p.m. y las 5:00 p.m.
En apariencia, llegaban a bordo de un vehículo que presuntamente alquilaban, lo estacionaban cerca del local, luego ingresaban y mientras unos distraían a los vendedores, otros aprovechaban para sustraer los artículos en su mayoría pantallas de televisión.
Precisamente, la hermana de la pugilista alquilaba los carros para cometer los asaltos y otras veces distraía a los dependientes, informó el OIJ.
En los casos que se investigan no hubo violencia, la banda actuaba mediante el descuido.
El daño económico ronda los 9.5 millones de colones.
