Detienen a conductor involucrado en accidente donde murieron dos personas
Hombre, de 23 años, dio positivo en prueba de alcoholemia.
Las autoridades capturaron a un hombre de apellidos Campos Villalobos, de 23 años, conductor involucrado en el aparatoso accidente que ocurrió la madrugada de este domingo en Barrio México, San José en el que murieron dos personas.
Campos dio positivo en la prueba de alcoholemia realizada por la Policía de Tránsito.
El accidente
Se trata de Erick Orozco Muñoz, de 23 años e Isabel Sánchez Miranda, de 20 años.
Las autoridades judiciales informaron que en el vehículo accidentado viajaban siete personas.
Seis personas necesitaron ser trasladadas a un centro médico debido a su estado de salud crítico. La gravedad específica de su condición aún no ha sido revelada. Otras dos más recibieron atención en el lugar del incidente.
Agentes del OIJ se hicieron cargo de la escena y del levantamiento de los cuerpos que trasladaron hasta el Complejo de Ciencias Forenses en San Joaquín de Flores, Heredia.
Según informó diario La Teja, Erick era vecino de La Peregrina de La Uruca e Isabel de Santa Bárbara de Heredia.
Campos Villalobos quedó a las órdenes de la Fiscalía y podría enfrentar delitos como el homicidio culposo de los dos jóvenes quienes, aparentemente, eran sus amigos.
Aunque las causas exactas de la tragedia aún no se han esclarecido, no se descarta la posibilidad de que el exceso de velocidad, además del consumo de alcohol, hayan sido factores determinantes en este trágico suceso.
