Caso de Christian Tijerino: Esta en apariencia fue la causa que motivó el asesinato del joven
Autoridades descartaron el móvil del robo.
Ya casi se cumplen tres años, desde que el 18 de febrero del 2020, se le perdió el rastro al joven Christian Tijerino López, y según indica la Fiscalía, un deterioro en la relación laboral entre el ingeniero en sistemas, Christian Tijerino López, y uno de sus mejores amigos, podría haber sido el motivo por el cual asesinaron al joven costarricense.
Dicha causa fue expuesta por la Fiscalía de Liberia, en la acusación que presentaron ante el Juzgado Penal, en noviembre del año anterior, como parte de toda la investigación que se sigue por este caso.
Asimismo, en el documento las autoridades descartaron el móvil del robo, debido a que detallaron lo encontrado entre las pertenencias de Tijerino.
“En la diligencia de allanamiento, se ubicó además pertenencias de la víctima, entre un teléfono celular, tarjetas de crédito, documentos personales, una computadora y ropa, identificando a la víctima como Cristian Tijerino López, con lo cual se demuestra que el motivo de la privación de libertad puesta en conocimiento hasta ese momento a las autoridades no era con una finalidad de robo“, destaca la investigación.
En dicho documento también se da una descripción de la relación de hechos, en el cual la fiscal Gloriana Chaves señala que el 18 de febrero de 2020, Tijerino llegaba a Guanacaste desde el área metropolitana, esto a bordo del carro placas 7DLU141, marca Ford, estilo Explorer, y el cual tenía matrícula de California, cuando en apariencia tuvo problemas con el combustible, por lo que contacto a Ugarte Villalobos, quien aprovechó el momento para cometer los actos delictivos.
“(…) el encartado Ugarte Villalobos vio una oportunidad de atacarlo de manera sobre segura y premeditada, para lo cual con la ayuda de Woodley Britton y al menos otras dos personas no identificadas y el empleo de armas impropias se trasladó hacia el sitio donde se encontraba el ofendido esperando lo asistiera “, se detalla.
Además, las autoridades realizaron el aporte de una llamada al 9-1-1, la cual relata en apariencia lo que sucedido ese 18 de febrero en horas de la noche, asimismo, detallaron el hecho de que oficiales encontraron un pasamontañas con sangre en el carro de la víctima.
“3 sujetos en dos vehículos, 1 sujeto delgado, con pelo afro moreno, no brinda características de los otros dos sospechosos; usuaria indica que vio al parecer a 2 sujetos agarrando y amarrando a un muchacho, indica que lo estaban agrediendo y lo metieron a un carro, el afectado viste con short verde camuflado”, indica el informe.
“(…) localizaron rastros de aparente sangre por goteo fuera del vehículo, sobre el cordón de caño, se localizaron rastros de aparente sangre por goteo, de este último y continuo, se localizaron rastros de aparente sangre por contacto de un cuerpo con el suelo, lo cual y por una aparente dinámica el rastro inició en sentido de norte a sur, coincidiendo con las alertas al 911, donde se indicó por parte de usuarios la forma como agredían a esa persona, determinando se trataba de Cristian Tijerino López, rastros a los cuales se les tomó muestra con frotis”.
En cuanto a los rastros de sangre, estos fueron analizados Sección de Bioquímica del Departamento de Ciencias Forenses, lo cuales arrojaron resultados que el ADN coincidía con el de la madre de Tijerino.
Con respecto al caso, este aún no tiene una resolución definitiva para ir a juicio, esto debido a que en la última audiencia que se llevó a cabo en noviembre del año pasado, el Juzgado Penal de Liberia dictó sobreseimiento definitivo para Woodley Britton, mientras que en junio del año anterior también lo hicieron con el imputado de apellido Fallas.
De momento solo Ugarte figura como responsable de cometer el crimen, aunque esto no quedará en firme hasta el próximo 1 de marzo, cuando se de la audiencia de apelación de esos sobreseimientos, que fue solicitada por el abogado querellante Javier Campos.
