Carlos Cerdas, dueño de MECO, ingresa a cárcel La Reforma

El empresario Carlos Cerdas, dueño de la constructora MECO, fue trasladado la mañana de este jueves al complejo penitenciario La Reforma, en San Rafael de Alajuela.
Cerdas, permanecía desde el lunes anterior en las celdas del II Circuito Judicial de San José, tras ser detenido en las cercanías de Multiplaza Escazú.
En principio el propietario de MECO deberá cumplir 14 días de aislamiento en los cuartos de visita conyugal, luego será ubicado en otro recinto con los demás reclusos.
La Fiscalía ordenó la detención del empresario, investigado por el caso «Cochinilla”, porque el juez Hugo Porter del Tribunal Penal de Hacienda dejó sin efecto la fianza de $5 millones que se le había impuesto y confirmó cuatro meses de prisión preventiva en su contra.
