Caen tres mujeres sospechosas de realizar estafas telefónicas por más de 12 millones de colones
Las detenidas tienen edades de 54, 27 y 20 años.
La mañana de este miércoles 18 de octubre, agentes judiciales del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), dieron con la captura de tres mujeres sospechosas de cometer el delito de fraude informático.
Según informó la oficina de prensa del OIJ, las mujeres de edades de 54, 27 y 20 años, están siendo investigadas por al menos cinco causas por el delito antes mencionado.
De acuerdo con las autoridades, las sospechosas al parecer habrían aprovechado que tenían en su poder información bancaria de las víctimas y transferían el dinero a cuentas de terceros que también son sospechosos y a cajeros automáticos mediante canales electrónicos.
Lo anterior con la aparente finalidad de despojar a las personas de su dinero.
“Las investigaciones relacionadas con este caso iniciaron en el mes de diciembre del 2022, culminando el día de hoy con dos allanamientos, uno en el sector de Llanos de Santa Lucía en Paraíso y otro en Oreamuno de Cartago, logrando la detención de estas tres femeninas y el decomiso de importante evidencia para la investigación, como dispositivos electrónicos y documentos importantes para el caso”, agregó el OIJ.
En cuanto a las detenidas, fueron presentadas con un informe al Ministerio Público para que se le determine su situación jurídica.
