Cae joven de 17 años por ser sospechoso de asaltar y cobrar peajes a comerciantes de Río Azul
El menor asaltaba a los comerciantes que se negaban a pagar los peajes que el cobraba.
Agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) de La Unión, dieron con la captura de un menor de 17 años quien es sospechoso de sembrar el terror entre los comerciantes de Linda Vista de Río Azul.
De acuerdo con las autoridades, el muchacho está siendo investigado por cinco causas de extorsión, robo agravado y accionamiento de arma de fuego; cuatro de estas causas habrían sido contra una misma persona de la localidad que tiene tres comercios en la zona.
Asimismo, al detenido también se le atribuye una quinta causa que ocurrió el pasado 20 de setiembre, contra un custodio de una empresa repartidora.
“El custodio fue interceptado en apariencia por el menor y otro sujeto, quienes supuestamente bajo amenazas con armas de fuego, le querían sustraer el chaleco antibalas y el arma de reglamento, aparentemente el ofendido se negó a entregar las pertenencias, accionaron un arma de fuego en su contra, siendo que este repelió el ataque con el arma de reglamento y logró refugiarse en un comercio de la localidad”, agregaron las autoridades en el reporte.
La detención del menor se dio tras un allanamiento a su vivienda, donde los agentes del OIJ también lograron decomisar un cargador para pistola 9 milímetros, droga que sería LCD y éxtasis, y ¢110 mil en efectivo, prendas de vestir que lo vinculan con la investigación y camisetas con la leyenda falsa que decía OIJ.
