Autoridades interceptan dron que andaba cargado de droga y que rondaba la Reforma
El viento le jugó una mala pasada al dueño del dron y ayudó a los oficiales.
Muchos delincuentes siguen buscando maneras de cometer sus crímenes y a la vez pasar desapercibidos por las autoridades, utilizando artefactos que les “facilitan su trabajo” y no los expone a ser capturados en el acto por la policía.
Tal como sucedió la tarde de este martes 27 de diciembre, en Alajuela, esto en las cercanías de las cárceles que están en la provincia, donde las autoridades lograron dar con un dron que iba cargado de marihuana, y para fortuna de los oficiales fue derribado por el viento que pegaba en la zona.
Según dieron a conocer las autoridades este miércoles en horas de la mañana, el artefacto fue decomisado en un condominio en San Rafael de Alajuela.
“Los policías recibieron la información de que cerca de dicho condominio sobrevolaba dicho artefacto; ante ello, se desplazaron al sitio, siendo que al observarlo, se nota que llevaba adherido un envoltorio plástico.
“Ya estando en dicho condominio, el drone cae producto del viento, siendo que en tierra se determina que lo que llevaba adherido era un paquete con marihuana, el cual es decomisado junto con el artefacto”, informaron las autoridades.
Con respecto al dron y la droga, se presume que iba dirigida a un reo de la Reforma, sin embargo, esto no ha sido confirmado por las autoridades, quienes mantienen el caso en investigación, para así tratar de dar con el dueño del objeto volador y esclarecer lo sucedido.
Este no es el primer caso detectado por las autoridades en las que se ve involucrado un dron, ya que, en setiembre de este año, los oficiales penitenciarios lograron detectar uno de estos descargando diferentes drogas en uno de los pabellones del centro penitenciario.
