Autoridades dictaron dos meses de prisión preventiva a dueño de tiendas SYR
El detenido es investigado por privación de libertad, agresión con arma y tortura.
Dos meses de prisión preventiva tendrá que descontar el dueño de la cadena de tiendas SYR, quien fue identificado con el apellido Lin.
Según informó la Fiscalía, el hombre de 26 años está siendo investigado por ser sospechoso de los delitos de privación de libertad, agresión con arma y tortura.
Esto después de que comenzara a circular la semana pasada el polémico video en redes sociales donde dos mujeres en estado de embarazo fueron golpeadas con tubos por acusaciones falsas de robo de dinero en una de las tiendas el pasado 14 de agosto.
La detención de Lin se dio este lunes 21 de noviembre en el centro de San José, por los agentes de la Sección de Delitos contra la Integridad Física y la audiencia se realizó este martes en la sala 9 de los tribunales de San José.
Además, de Lin las autoridades están investigando a otras dos personas por este caso, un hombre de origen oriental también de apellido Hu y una costarricense de apellidos Alvarado Dávila, a estos dos se les atribuye el delito de privación de libertad agravada.
Con respecto a la sospechosa Alvarado Dávila, esta fue detenida por agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), pero fue puesta en libertad y debe cumplir con la medida cautelar de firmar cada 15 días y no acercarse ni perturbar a testigos o víctimas del proceso judicial.
