Autoridades detienen a tres hombres por utilizar búnker para en apariencia torturar y asesinar
Los afectados serían una mujer y un hombre, de este último el cuerpo no ha sido localizado.
La mañana de este miércoles 13 de setiembre, agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), dieron con la detención de tres hombres por ser sospechosos de torturar a una mujer y, en apariencia, asesinar a un hombre, cuyo cuerpo aún no ha sido localizado por las autoridades.
Según detalló la Policía Judicial, el caso se inició la noche de este martes, cuando recibieron varias alertas al centro de información confidencial que indicaban que dentro de la estructura tipo búnker, le habrían dado muerte a una pareja.
“Tras varias diligencias de investigación, esa misma noche se logró ubicar a la mujer, apellidada Campos y de 41 años, quien al parecer habría sufrido tortura y agresión. En cuanto al hombre no se logró ubicar”, detalló la oficina de prensa del OIJ.
En cuanto a los detenidos, fueron identificados con los apellidos Fernández Rodríguez, de 25 años, Zúñiga Brenes, de 19 y Vargas Ramírez, de 47 años.
Los tres fueron capturados por medio de un operativo realizado en el barrio Los Ángeles, en Tejar de El Guarco, en Cartago.
Asimismo, el OIJ comunicó que tras con la captura de los sospechosos realizaron un allanamiento en el mencionado búnker, donde encontraron evidencias importantes que apoyan la teoría de que ahí se dio algún tipo de agresión.
“En el lugar se contó con la colaboración de personal del departamento de Ciencias Forenses y de la unidad canina, quienes recogieron varias muestras de sangre que serán analizadas en los laboratorios forenses”, agregaron.
Los detenidos fueron puestos a las órdenes del Ministerio Público para iniciar con las investigaciones por el aparente homicidio del hombre y la agresión en contra de la mujer.
