Audio de WhatsApp es una de las principales pruebas contra sospechosos de matar a guarda del Banco Nacional
Los hechos ocurrieron en octubre del 2020.
Un joven de 24 años identificado como Randall Jesús Rojas Soto, falleció el 12 de octubre del 2020, de varios impactos de bala, luego de que al menos siete sujetos intentaron asaltar la sucursal del Banco Nacional en Sarapiquí.
Rojas, se desempeñaba como guarda de la entidad bancaria y cuando los sospechosos identificados con los apellidos Gómez Céspedes, 28 años; Serrano Cerdas, de 28 años; Velásquez Pérez, de 23 años; Rodríguez Céspedes, de 27 años y González Solís, de 22 años, además, de un adolescente, llegaron a la sucursal a cometer el asalto.
“Gómez Céspedes y Rodríguez Céspedes se encargaron de ingresar desarmados al Banco Nacional de Río Frío de Sarapiquí simulando ser clientes para vigilar e informar cuántos vigilantes había en la sucursal.
“Serrano, Velásquez, González y el menor de edad se movieron en moto para disparar contra el guarda”, indica la acusación.
Actualmente el caso se encuentra en juicio en las salas del Tribunal Penal de Goicoechea, San José.
Asimismo, las autoridades indicaron que los sujetos identificados, en apariencia habrían sido liderados por un hombre que aún no ha sido capturado.
Los sujetos están siendo acusados de asociación ilícita, homicidio calificado y tentativa de robo agravado.
