Alajuela: Reductor de velocidad sin pintar pudo ser la causa de accidente en el que murió motociclista
La fatalidad ocurrió en San Mateo de Alajuela.
En un fatídico accidente ocurrido el pasado domingo en San Mateo de Alajuela, un motociclista perdió la vida tras estrellarse contra un reductor de velocidad que carecía de la debida señalización. La falta de pintura en el dispositivo vial habría sido la causa principal del trágico suceso.
El oficial de tránsito, Fernando Aguero, describió a Noticias Telediario la secuencia de eventos que condujo al fatal desenlace.
“Una motocicleta perdió el control en el reductor de velocidad, el mismo viene y sale de la vía, colisiona con la cuneta, después con la entrada de la casa y fallece en el lugar”, narró Aguero.
La falta de señalización adecuada en los reductores de velocidad ha generado preocupación entre los residentes de la zona y ha llevado a la familia del fallecido a considerar emprender acciones legales contra el Estado.
La posibilidad de una demanda por responsabilidad objetiva se vislumbra, según el abogado Joseph Rivera, especialista en derecho administrativo.
“Podemos decir que el Estado es responsable. El Consejo de Seguridad Vial en virtud de que el Estado está en la obligación de que exista una buena señalización para los conductores. Estaríamos ante una responsabilidad objetiva del Estado por una función anormal y los familiares de la víctima podrían reclamar daños y perjuicios en sede Contencioso Administrativo”, explicó el abogado Rivera al informativo de canal 8.
La comunidad local exige una pronta respuesta de las autoridades para garantizar la seguridad vial en la zona, resaltando la importancia de mantener los dispositivos de tráfico correctamente señalizados para prevenir futuros accidentes. El luto y la indignación envuelven a la familia del motociclista fallecido, mientras la comunidad espera acciones inmediatas para evitar que tragedias similares se repitan en el futuro.
