Acusado de asesinar a Allison asegura que el OIJ le revisó el carro 17 días antes del allanamiento
La Fiscalía solicitó siete días para determinar la veracidad de la prueba que presentó “Sukia”.
Este lunes se reanudó el juicio por la desaparición y muerte de la joven Allison Pamela Bonilla Vázquez en los Tribunales de Justicia de Cartago.
El acusado es un sujeto de apellidos Sánchez Ureña alias “Sukia” de 28 años decidió declarar frente a las juezas Magaly Orue y Jenny Almendaris, y el juez Franklin Ramírez para insistir en su inocencia.
“Buenas tardes, en los primeros días de marzo tuve un allanamiento por parte del OIJ, allanaron mi casa y mi carro, aquí vino el señor Felipe (uno de los investigadores) a decir que no sabía nada de eso, gracias a mi hermana que pudo dar con unos videos la semana antepasada y que mi abogado los tiene, donde revisan mi carro”, indicó el hombre, para solicitarle a los jueces que le permitieran incluir eso como una prueba a su favor.
De acuerdo con Sánchez Ureña y su defensor, la aparente revisión se dio antes del allanamiento formal que el OIJ realizó el domingo 29 de marzo del 2020.
El abogado de la familia de Allison, Rodrigo Araya, aseguró que esta pueba es extemporánea.
Antes de mostrar esta prueba, en el juicio se difundieron varias fotografías de las evidencias encontradas como los huesos, la jacket, las tenis y las medias que eran de Allison.
Estas fotografías hicieron que la madre de Allison, Yendry Vázquez y la tía de la joven Xiomara Vázquez rompieran en llanto.
