Abogado defensor pide absolutoria de sospechoso de asesinar a Allison Bonilla
El defensor público Adrián Rojas puso en duda la investigación del caso realizada por el OIJ.
El período de conclusiones en el juicio por la desaparición y muerte de la joven Allison Pamela Bonilla Vázquez finalizó este lunes con el alegato del abogado defensor del sospechoso de apellidos Sánchez Ureña alias “Sukia” de 28 años.
Adrián Rojas, defensor público, puso en duda la investigación del caso realizada por los agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ). El jurista considera que hay muchos factores que “no calzan”.
“Hay dudas insuperables en todas las diligencias de investigación, por lo que también pido el cese de la medida cautelar de inmediato para que se ordene su libertad. El Ministerio Público y el querellante no han podido corroborar cuál acción ejecutó Sánchez, qué pasó, quién lo hizo o cómo pasó”, agregó Rojas.
El jurista indicó que “Sukia” no posee antecedentes penales y manifestó que es “muy extraño” que no se investigara a otras personas que, según él, también figuraban como sospechosas.
El abogado manifestó que los videos de las cámaras de seguridad no muestran al conductor.
“Los informes de OIJ dicen que el mismo día que desapareció Allison murió, lo cual deja duda porque en las investigaciones de las autoridades dicen que una persona indicó que la joven podría estar viva luego de su desaparición. Es mi obligación visualizar si hay más motivos o personas que le hicieron daño a Allison”, acotó Rojas.
El jurista considera que el Ministerio Público y el querellante quieren dar a entender que todo fue planeado cuando los informes judiciales indican que pudo ser algo fortuito.
“Ningún testigo dijo que Allison se montó en el vehículo BMW, a ella la vieron a la par del carro y no dentro. En muchos momentos se dijo que la herida que le pudieron provocar a Allison habría sido letal, pero las pruebas que hay dentro del expediente no prueban que Sánchez estuvo en su carro ni en la finca donde, al parecer, llevó a Allison. Todos los indicios son dudosos”, señaló el defensor público.
“Mi representado es el único sospechoso o autor responsable de los hechos que se investigan, pero analizando los indicios, según el informe de OIJ, hay una manera cero objetiva de recolectar las pruebas por parte de los agentes judiciales”, agregó.
Por último, Rojas, manifestó que de imponérsele una pena a su representado debe ser la mínima por homicidio simple y no calificado como lo solicitaron la Fiscalía y el querellante.
Será este miércoles 18 de agosto a las 8:30 a.m. cuando el Tribunal Penal de Cartago realice la lectura del Por Tanto del caso.
