Abogado de Mélida Solís califica de “muy alto” monto de fianza
Propietaria de H.Solís fue beneficiada con libertad bajo fianza por un monto de $3 millones.
Francisco Campos, uno de los abogados de la propietaria de la constructora H. Solís, Mélida Solís, aseguró que el monto de la fianza que impuso la jueza para dejar en libertad a su defendida, $3 millones, y el de Carlos Cerdas, quien es dueño de MECO, $5 millones, es “muy alto”.
Así lo declaró Campos a Noticias Columbia la mañana de este miércoles.
La fianza fue interpuesta el sábado anterior por la jueza Carolina Lizano en la audiencia de medidas cautelares.
Campos, indicó que las propiedades que Solís pudo a responder son de los familiares.
El abogado manifestó que se encuentran realizando las gestiones para obtener la copia del expediente y las grabaciones telefónicas, porque durante la audiencia no tuvieron acceso a las mismas.
Mélida Solís Vargas, de 65 años, abandonó la cárcel Vilma Curling este martes en horas de la tarde.
Solís estuvo por 15 días presa, por ser sospechosa en el caso “Cochinilla”, es investigada por aparentemente dar dádivas y sobornos a empresarios y empleados públicos para obtener licitaciones de contratos de obra pública.
La propietaria de la constructora H. Solís tendrá que cumplir otras medidas cautelares como: impedimento de salida del país, debe entregar el pasaporte, no puede acercarse a un kilómetro del aeropuerto y tampoco puede acercarse a un kilómetro del Consejo de Vialidad (Conavi).
