(Video) “Me están robando a mano armada”: cliente explota contra cajera del Banco Nacional
El cambio de unos dólares generó un fuerte enfrentamiento entre un usuario del banco y los trabajadores de la entidad.
En redes sociales se hizo viral un video de un cliente que arremetió contra una cajera en una sucursal del Banco Nacional.
El hombre se mostró indignado porque quería cambiar unos dólares, en un inicio la cajera le indicó al cliente que no lo podía hacer porque los billetes tenían algunos daños, sin embargo, si cancelaba una comisión de $1.20 por billete sí se los podían recibir.
“Vean mi cara porque soy cliente del Banco Nacional todas mis cuentas están en el Banco Nacional. Vengo a cambiar unos dólares y no me los reciben porque tienen un mínimo detalle, vea lo que me explica la cajera que no me reciben los dólares porque están rotos pero que la manera de recibirlos es que pague una comisión de $1.20, o sea que sí pueden recibir los dólares, es robarle la plata a uno. Hago esta denuncia pública porque no puede ser posible que uno”, manifestó el hombre.
“Yo soy cliente del Banco Nacional y que me diga que no me puede recibir los dólares porque tienen una ruptura mínima, pero resulta que sí me pueden recibir los dólares si pago $1.20”, agregó.
“Sí puedo grabar porque me están robando a mano armada señor y soy cliente de aquí, no puede ser posible que sí me reciban el dólar si pago $1.20. Lo estoy grabando para que la gente vea el robo que le hacen a uno me están robando plata y eso no es justo.Porque si ella me dice que no me recibe el dólar del todo yo le acepto, pero si pago $1.20 por cada billete sí me los cambian entonces sí pueden recibir los dólares no es que no lo reciben”, dijo.
Luego otra trabajadora del banco se acercó al cliente y le indicó que: “Hay una comisión, hay un procedimiento que está estipulado por el Banco Nacional”.
