Un sujeto de apellido Vega enfrentará la justicia por el homicidio de un cantante urbano costarricense
Este lunes inició el juicio contra el sujeto quien también habría herido a la mamá del artista nacional cuando esta intentó evitar que huyera.
Este lunes 21 de agosto, a partir de las 8:00am inició el juicio contra un sujeto de apellido Vega, quien es el principal sospechoso de asesinar al cantante urbano costarricense José Manuel Ríos Sambrano, de 37 años, mejor conocido como “Bycoma”.
El homicidio de Ríos ocurrió la noche del 22 de agosto del 2020 en el caserío El Naranjal en Cristo Rey, Puerto Viejo de Sarapiquí, en Heredia.
El sospechoso y el otro sujeto llegaron hasta la sala en donde se encontraba el cantante y Vega en apariencia le habría disparado en al menos cuatro ocasiones, causándole la muerte al artista.
Según trascendió la mamá de “Bycoma”, Gilma Sambrano, estaba en la casa al momento de los hechos por lo que escuchó los disparos, y debido a esto salió a ver que estaba pasando y fue cuando encontró a Vega, por lo que intentó que este huyera de la escena.
“En apariencia, la madre del ofendido, al observar que el imputado había acabado con la vida de su hijo, se abalanzó sobre su cuerpo, momento en el cual tomó por los pies al imputado, con el fin de evitar que éste se fuera del lugar siendo que, en ese momento, Vega le disparó a la mujer en al menos tres ocasiones logrando impactarla en diferentes partes del cuerpo”, señalaron en la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
Tanto el sospechoso como la otra persona, se montaron en una motocicleta y huyeron del lugar.
En cuanto Vega, trascendió que también es acusado de otro homicidio, el cual ocurrió el 7 de febrero del 2021 en La Virgen de Sarapiquí, Heredia.
En este incidente, en apariencia Vega, junto con otras personas habrían llegado hasta la vivienda de un hombre de apellido Pauth, lo amenazaron y con la intención de darle muerte le dispararon en al menos dos ocasiones mientras lo apuñalaban en el cuello y la cara, causando la muerte.
