Sospechoso de sicariato cae en Alajuela: vinculado a cuatro homicidios
Un hombre de 25 años, identificado como Altamirano, fue arrestado la mañana de este jueves en Alajuela por el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ). El joven es sospechoso de estar involucrado en al menos cuatro asesinatos y dos intentos de homicidio cometidos entre 2022 y 2023.
La investigación, que se extendió por varios meses, permitió que los agentes judiciales localizaran al sospechoso, considerado “muy escurridizo” por las autoridades. Fue capturado a las 4:30 a.m. en un operativo que también incluyó el decomiso de cargadores extendidos, drogas y varios celulares que ahora son clave en las pesquisas.
Según el director del OIJ, Randall Zúñiga, la captura de Altamirano marca un avance importante en la resolución de crímenes violentos ocurridos en los últimos dos años. «Este sujeto está relacionado con al menos cuatro muertes y tentativas de homicidio. Su captura fue posible tras una extensa labor de investigación», señaló Zúñiga.
El arresto fue realizado con el apoyo del Servicio Especial de Respuesta Táctica (SERT), dado el nivel de peligrosidad del individuo.
