Sala Constitucional declara inadmisible consulta de diputados sobre el proyecto de Ley Jaguar
La Sala Constitucional, mediante la resolución N°2024-17547, ha declarado inadmisible la consulta formulada por un grupo de diputados sobre la legalidad y procedencia del proyecto de Ley Jaguar. La decisión fue tomada por mayoría y se basa en que la consulta no cumple con los requerimientos previstos para ser admitida.
El miércoles pasado, 22 legisladores presentaron formalmente esta consulta ante la Sala Constitucional. Entre los firmantes se encuentran diputados de varios partidos: Liberación Nacional, Unidad Social Cristiana, Liberal Progresista, así como legisladores independientes y del Frente Amplio.
La consulta buscaba esclarecer aspectos legales y de procedencia relacionados con el proyecto de Ley Jaguar, pero la Sala Constitucional determinó que no se ajustaba a los requisitos necesarios para su admisión.
